Alright here's my review:

The eBook goes over 3 different methods to earn bitcoin and ways to acquire and sell bitcoin as well.

On the writing style:
Formatting is nice, there's a decent introduction but aside of that OP's writing could use some improvements.

On methods:
The first method to earn isn't something new, no insider knowledge and it's a little time consuming and risky too. It also requires a decent amount of money initially to stark turning in profit over time. Not too exciting, but I guess that it could serve as a basic introduction to people that are just beginning to realize how online bitcoin communities work.

The second method isn't as time-consuming and doesn't require much if any money to start off. It isn't going to make anybody rich but could yield some returns. Thankfully OP included several links to online resources that could be useful for this method. I think this method, along with the resources provided is the best thing that can be learned from this guide, but 100$+ a day is a bit of an overstatement. It's not impossible but you'd be extremely lucky to earn that much doing what's described.

The third method is based on luck but bears no risk as it requires no initial investment. It isn't something new as well, but at least it's something not many people talk about so it's unlikely that you've heard of this if you're a bitcoin newbie. It's time-consuming and doesn't have the potential to earn you much money, not worse than bitcoin faucets though.

Summary:
Generally speaking, methods described are all legal and not breaking any rules which is of course positive. I think that OP's claim of earning 100$+ a day is misleading, it'd be possible to earn working with the methods described but not nearly as much, no guarantees about income either.
