as i thought lauda would chime in making this topic into the "classic" debate.. rather than the blocksize debate..

does he not realise that captain america:civil war is about everyone all in the same team (avengers/bitcoin community) fighting each other, however in reality its not a hydra vs shield movie..

if lauda had any sense he could make a poster about captain america's first movie.. which was most definetly about 2 separate forces..

but civil war movie is totally different so lauda's attempt to twist it from a community debate(same team fighting each other) into the whole classic debate is his failure of not only not understanding the bitcoin community as a whole. but also the basics of the movie.

he really does think that bitcoin should be incorporated under the blockstream logo(and thats where he has gone wrong this whole time)

but i really did laugh when he tried to say that some of the dev team dont know c++.. when its been made public on so many occasions that lauda himself epicly failed by thinking that bitcoins main codebase was wrote in java..

i think its time that lauda steps back as he has lost every debate he has ever made and has truly been part of twisting the facts to sway people

Ok, so we have to resort to super hero's now, to represent our community and it's leaders? No no no.... Anime or nothing.  Roll Eyes .... Joking aside, this is a cool poster and a genius analogy of what is

happening in our community. I just hope we can bring in nearly as much money as these guys are taking at the box office. Bring the popcorn guys and girls, this is going to be a lot of fun. Civil War, is

a bit dramatic, but it sells papers.. so who the fuck cares. Bad press is better than no press..  Grin

im all for logical debate on facts. but some people have no clue.
one minute they debate that 2mb will blow up the internet. next they debate that blockstreams 5mb blocks (all features included estimate) is perfectly fine
one minute they debate that one coder is seeking control, next they debate that blockstream is not a corporation. not funded and has nothing to do with core.
one minute they debate that blockstream code is perfect and will be released last month. the next they debate that its still perfect although not released.
one minute they debate that they know the code is right, that they have looked over it, the next they are not even sure what language its wrote in.

it makes me laugh

marvel gets $800 million per movie after 2 year production. bitcoin is 7 years in production and more than 4x the value(equivalent to 8 years movie production) and is infact 9x the movie production value.

The person that made this poster and photo shopped it perfectly for us. Though I don't remember some faces up there might be some I don't know. But it was really well made in that sense. And it totally reminds me of what's happening now Grin.

If there's one thing I've taken away from this it's that Bitcoin's in dire need of more lookers. Let's get some razor sharp cheekbones and expensive haircuts in there ASAP.

Pah. Walking billboards and nothing more. If you paid them enough they'd probably turn up dressed up as giant turds. And smell like them for a bit more.

are you talking about the girls in the last post? or some of the paid dev team that are going against the open source, community driven nature of bitcoin to force the block size issue in just one narrow direction

Well yeah, no "probably" about it, that's what they do for a living. In Iggy's words, "You're paying five bucks and I'm making 10,000."
If I was them, I'd turn up dressed as a giant turd for less than I'd charge to wear those creepy sausage casings.

Adam Back as Vision was a interesting perfect choice.

Phlegmatic, stoic Dr. Back seems incapable of being perturbed by the silly antics of the drama queens surrounding him.   Cool
