If you have no proofs, better post this in the speculation section then, I don't keep my funds in any exchange, so not really bothered but it wouldn't be a surprise to me if they do shut down and call it a theft or whatever, tends to happen with exchanges a lot.

Yobit not going to shut down these year because they're still not that popular.They will shut down when they become more trusted and big funds to run with.I prefer not to use Yobit their actions always seems sketchy !

this has nothing to do with them being popular or OP being psychic, it is all about LISK. LISK release date is  MAY 24, 2016 that is why OP is saying this because many believe they are going to get into a lot of trouble because they sold technically nothing and called it LISK.

Yobit s 2 small to cause any serious market turmoil. It s, in fact, a market for those very, very, small coins which cannot be listed anywhere else. Even if it would go down, no big difference.
