If you want are up for negotiation on rates I might be able to help with this exchange.
Just wondering on
why didn't anyone take you up on any offers on your previous thread?

I sell Bitcoin through Paypal.

What I have noticed is that people get offers but they don't accept them. People who want to buy bitcoin using Paypal don't accept the rates they have to pay that make up for the risks and other things that go into selling through Paypal.

Basically the buyer wants cheap for a payment method that is a pain the butt and easily scammable.

So what rate are you willing to pay?

Maybe the reason you aren't getting offers is that you want to pay 5% under market value.

I don't know anyone that is going to deal with Paypals fees and scam risks for bitstamp - 5%. Add Paypal's fees and the seller is at about -8%.

Even on the established trading websites like Paxful you would pay +20-30%

We are to far apart for us to do business.

I was just trying to help you figure out why you weren't able to find anyone to trade with. Being really cheap is probably why.

If you want to find a seller partner go answer some ads and be willing to pay what they say they charge.

Actually my first request wasn't to buy BTC for PayPal but to exchange PayPal funds for Skrill fund's. Buying BTC came as alternative. But thank you for the advice anyway.
