May I know why you used this bitcoin-mix.com instead of well known, and old, somewhat reputable mixing services like Bitmixer?
bitcoin-mix.com had some promotions going on? Something to entice new users? In that case you should always be wary...

I saw this thread link in cryptomixer service announcement thread.. I am wondering why you didn't used a trusted mixer site like bitmixer and [banned mixer]. (same question posted about by another user but you didn't answered yet) didn't you know about these famous mixing sites?
I think it is your own fault, no one suppose to use a brand new site without doing research and knowledge.

I have no knowledge about bitcoin-mix.com, do they offer a letter of guarantee? If they do, you should post it, it makes the case very strong...

I dont know why you chose to use that mixing service when the whole site itself doesn't even look professional. It looks like a basic free themed site. The words were too cheeky like a teen made it compared to what you will see on a site that offers professional service. If they gave you the letter of guarantee please post it in here.

I mean its kinda of hard to miss bitmixer when practically its everywhere on some thread.. and losing 12 btc over it.

Im not too sure about the other mixer mentioned above, but bitmixer has been around for well over 2 years now.
