I have created online wallet on cryptonator.com and I lost my coins. This site improves minimum incoming transactions without sending any info about changes to users. What we can read on this site: Incoming transactions below the above mentioned minimums are not processed by our accounting system and will not be credited to your account. We are also unable to accumulate smaller payments or return it back to sender. I have sent some coins to my online wallet created on this site (at 11.05.2016) and all was lost, but new limits was set at 12.05.2016. https://www.cryptonator.com/hc/en-us/articles/203324122If I lost small amounts of coins at begin of use, what will be when I or You collect more coins? I think it's not worth the risk.

Exactly one year ago I tried to get my bitcoins out of my Cryptonator wallet and for the second time in a week they just vanished (I had tried to withdraw BTC a week earlier as well). Since then I have tried countless times to email support and contact Cryptonator on their Facebook page, but they never react. On their Facebook page you can find more examples of people who lost BTC to Cryptonator and consider them a scam. Teamcryptonator, if you are reacting here you can now react to me and tell me how you will fix this. The missing bitcoins represent a large sum of money, so do the right thing and finally make my bitcoins available to me again.

1 year ago? Then why are you only posting this now? Especially if the "missing bitcoins represents a large sum"? If you have previously created a thread about this, post the link here. Also, please post your tx id's . I'm interested to see if you there's actually any substance to this claims/accusations as I have recently created a cryptonator account. Post the proofs if you have any, please.

I had sort of given up but came across this thread. This is the first time I see Cryptonator reply to something like this. Tx ID's are just "pending". There were two transactions: 1 BTC to 1ALM1rK5pUZwZC9qXbFKvmgPzDWrrpGwCE, and 2.61459229 BTC to 18atikGNCeuLtAk652TqHaHvQu1z43srcT. This is the information I am able to get from the info on cryptonator.com. Let me know if I can provide anything else.

Well, personally, 3 + BTC certainly isn't something I can write off. Anyway, thanks, I'm gonna look into the addresses in a bit, as well as send a link of this thread to support. I also made a search before making an account there, all I saw was this thread, and seeing as there wasn't any proofs provided for the accusations, I went ahead and used their wallet and exchange. Good thing it all went through and everything was fine. But, I think I'm gonna hold off on any more transactions until this is all cleared up. Hope to hear from them soon.

On their Facebook page there are people complaining about missing coins as well, for instance https://www.facebook.com/cryptonator/posts/525946344234384. Always the same experience: support just never responds. And here is another thread with just about the same thing that happened to me: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1686518.msg17096574. "Months and months passed with my transaction still pending and no respond from support and me not being able to do anything about it . " Exactly the same experience.

Still no reply from teamcryptonator. I have sent them private messages as well, but they just ignore me. The only thing I want is for them to roll back the transactions that were never added to the blockchain and are still pending.

teamcryptonator has been active on the forum several times the last days. Still they haven't replied to this topic or the messages I sent them. Just as they never replied to any messages on their Facebook page where several people complained about the same thing I have experienced with them, or any of the dozens of messages to their support address. They could probably still recitify the situation, but they choose to leave their customers in the cold. If the transaction is still pending, does anyone know if it is possible to find out where the funds went? There is no blockchain transaction and I don't know what the address of the wallet was when I tried to withdraw my funds.

Hello and sorry for the delayed response as we do not monitor social media 24/7. We have pinned an announcement on our Facebook page stating that all support enquiries should be addressed directly to our email. We do not provide support over the Facebook https://www.facebook.com/cryptonator/It seems to be the same Zendesk support tickets issue (topic here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1686518.0) which is already resolved. Thank you for posting the addresses, it helped us to identify you in our database. Pending transactions totaling 3.61459229 BTC have been cancelled and refunded back to your account. We have also added 0.10843776 BTC to your balance (+3% of the amount as an average 12M interest banking rate) for holding your money. Please accept our apologize for this delay and the inconvenience caused. The case has been resolved.

This has indeed been resolved. They have rectified the situation exactly as they posted above. I still don't understand why it had to take such a long time, but I am glad that it finally got resolved.

Oh my... I have some Zcash that disappeared. Reading all of the above, i'm a little worried. I sent some ZEC to t1Vb2TbNmFhwyJUf5shSDHhLhCYbKAqA8fq and nothing is showing on the blockchain nor in my Cryptonator account. Request #17215 open with their help center, no movement so far. I'm hoping teamcryptonator or the helpdesk can help return these to my address in a decently short time edit:Funds have been returned to my account . Reason: "transaction stuck in the queue due to lots of tiny incoming transactions automatically included in it, which exceeded the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the Zcash network. When there are too many input transactions get included in an outgoing transaction, system gets 'Transaction too large' error and cannot automatically sign it". I'm thinking Zcash is a bit new and integration still requires some fine tuning.

I'm glad it was resolved for you. At least the were willing and able to rectify this, even after such a long time. But yes, it shouldn't take them 12 months to resolve this especially if there were support tickets already sent. I also find it curious that they did not offer an explanation for the delay.(It was overlooked?) (most likely, they were swamped that time you sent tickets and when you "gave up" they didn't pursue the matter.) Still, kudos for resolving this. Glad it wasn't a scam.
Well, I did it again. I sent those Zcash to another address and it got stuck again . Request #17215 updated for them to ulock it again. I just want my coins out of that wallet! Try sending a new ticket as well since they probably closed the previous one after it was resolved. BTW. Twice in one day? Wew.

The ticket was reopened and they are working on it. They tried to resend the coins through Poloniex but it seems there are lots of transactions going on for Zcash today and Poloniex has some trouble getting transactions through as well. Cryptonator support had to contact Poloniex support to recover the funds Edit: I eventually received the funds on the address I provided... and then jaxx was not showing the updated balance. I ended up having to run my own node using Xubuntu in a VM. As for the topic, sh*t happens occasionally, but Cryptonator does seem fully legit and professional and their helpdesk answered timely and solved the issue.

Hello, I recently opened an account on Cryptonator and I made a transaction today. Transfer of about 146 dash I did not received my money on my other dash wallet. Could you give me the reason ? Here is the history of my cryptonator account :http://www.casimages.com/i/170114092750975561.png.htmlHistory of my Cryptonator account :14 january 2017 : 146.45 dash sent from Cryptonator to my wallet. I didn't received them 9 january 2017: 67.14 dash received on Cryptonator 5 november 2016: 77.25 dash received on Cryptonator My destination dash address is : XvktvUoQv1oorgypvUt3vePJaYYL7UmBNQ My cryptonator dash address is : XatdEhZTYsZZvBNiMkHg4T5RCmyvUP2pin Dash explorer : https://explorer.dash.org/chain/DashOn the explorer I noticed some hidden withdrawal transaction on my account : 2016-11-07 and 2016-12-13:These transactions do not appear on the Cryptonator account they seem hidden c2758feeaf8223c2... 601329 2017-01-10 00:30:57 + 67.99439629 DASH 67.99439629 DASH 8d8b068c57eb5047... 586487 2016-12-13 22:37:50 - 77.2596028 DASH 0.0 DASH 4c500ad415eb1085... 566743 2016-11-07 22:39:34 - 1.1973894 DASH 77.2596028 DASHf91d7a15793aa390... 565384 2016-11-05 11:21:18 + 77.2596028 DASH 78.4569922 DASH 98faa704031f079b... 565297 2016-11-05 07:39:24 + 1.1973894 DASH 1.1973894 DASH THEY DO NOT APPEAR IN THE CRYPTONATOR HISTORY WHY ?--- UPDATE --- 15/01/2017 An update to be fair : I finally received my coins on my Dash WalletBut the question remains : how come there were these two hidden transactions that do not appear on my cryptonator history ? Does Cryptonator use my coins for another client ? My cryptonator dash address doesn't belong to me ? My coins are used in a pool and I only have cryptonator proof to certify I own these coins ? If the answer is yes cryptonator works like a classical bank, clients have virtual amount of money they own the coins. Personally I am on coins to escape traditional banks I do not trust. ANSWER FROM SUPPORT :Cryptonator support (Cryptonator) Jan 14, ...
Hello
We found your transaction, it had stuck in the queue due to lots of tiny incoming transactions automatically included in it, which exceeded the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the Dash network. When there are too many input transactions get included in an outgoing transaction, system gets "Transaction too large" error and cannot automatically sign it.
The issue has been resolved by now and your payment has been completed.
Sorry for the delayed and the inconvenience caused.

I had sent 1ETH to my cryptonator Ethereum wallet. The transaction is completed on Etherscan but it does not reflect in my cryptonator Ethereum wallet. Here is the TxHash: 0x7242a5fd81e6d86cbc8589e74568055beace9153c1c3d2396792630770b1a0b7
I submitted a request to Cryptonator support 2 days ago but have not got any response yet. I am working on Cryptonator for the first time and I am worried now that if it is a scam. I want to do more trading with Cryptonator as its UI looks really friendly.
My Cryptonator ETH wallet address is : 0xa0cebC3aE975b3a5524651B476Af42f908ab200c
It has been long since my ETHEREUM is not showing. Please resolve it as soon as possible
