I'ld be curious if Bitcoin to Cash will send Western Union.    You can place an inquiry here:

Thank you SG. I will inquire at the options given and eventually post my results.

Anybody know which ones require verification and sending limits without it?

1. Bitcoins in Berlin
2. ECurrencyZone
3. Bitcoins In Berlin
4. WM-Center

Try finding a trustworthy service that runs out of China. Their Western Union fee's are $14 flat for any amount sent/received. If you can find a decent service it can save you thousand's of dollars in the long run.
