I sent btc to my weex account but nothing shown and the transaction id is not known by weexchange.

We just performed an updated to the ripple daemon pushed by the ripple devs.
Can you try entering your TXN ID / hash in the field on the ripple deposit page on WeExchange?

I re-enter my TXN ID but it still say "Sorry, that ripple transaction hash is not known by the network"

My bitcoins haven't shown up in my weexchange acct. from ripple and every time I enter something in the box I get the CloudFlare page.
