Went to deposit funds on Thursday but used CVS Moneygram instead of Walmarts
due to location and time. All was well until I got my confirmation email. It said the
funds got sent to "exchange" account instead of the # I put in there. What the frack?
Went back and forth in emails with MtGox and Bitinstant and finally have MtGox saying that
they've located the deposit and frozen the account but are waiting on the reversal
and redeposit to my account ID. Sadly Bitinstant support seems to be ignoring me
now which really makes me sad. I and family/friends have exchanged quite a few
bitcoins through Bitinstant and MtGox but have always used Walmarts moneygram.
Note to self, don't use CVS anymore. Was wondering if someone might be able to
help me with this? Been several days and the items I wanted to purchase
aren't even up for auction anymore so it'd be really swell if someone could help me
get my $480.00 back >.<

Yankee will get ya straightened out. It may take him a while to respond and get the fix in motion, but it'll happen.

Wow wish I was ready to start taking customers with our new system. Usually yankee is very fast at fixing things but I myself the other day when sending dwolla funds through bitinstant had a problem. I waited 48 hours before contacting them just cause I understand sometimes things need time. But since the 26th? 2 weeks? No response at all thats not like them at all.

Yeah don't use Bitinstant. They purposely move your deposit to one of their accounts and pretend to try
to help you, all the while blaming YOU for the "error" you made. It is in fact their way of scamming people.
They do it at random so it looks like an accident and then blame the customer. Google around and you
will find a few people who are having this issue. Bitinstant support is naturally horrible since they NEVER
plan on giving you money once they do this. They also aggravate you to the point where they claim
you were just uncooperative so they can end their "service". Gareth and Yankee did NOTHING but banter
back and forth about how everything was MY fault and they were doing everything they could (which was nothing).
And blamed me for being upset about it after a month. Bitinstant and their people are thieves plain and simple.
The only reason people keep using them is that they convince people it was all a misunderstanding or they
convince a user it was THEIR fault and not the fault of the system they are using. And btw there is
NO WAY to tell from the emailed deposit slip that the deposit is actually going to where a user implied...
The quote information DOES NOT verify the deposit is going to the correct location and then once it's sent
viola....it's in the wrong account and they can't help you! Big surprise!! So when s#%$ hits the fan
they just pretend it was you and not their system. Already reported to BBB for selective fraud and have
been on the phone with their AG. Going to be hard unless we set up a class action suit against them but
we've been in contact with a few who have been scammed and we're working on a solution.

My only hope is that more people don't get burned.
