3) Post your Ripple address here to receive free XRP: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=145506.0
4) Check your Ripple client for giveaway XRP to arrive.
5) Once XRP arrived, click "Send" tab, transfer your XRP to my address rnZoUopPFXRSVGdeDkgbqdft8SbXfJxKYh, confirm.
6) PM me on Bitcointalk with your Ripple address (to check the amount of XRP that you sent) and your bitcoin address.
7) I will send the appropriate amount of BTC to your bitcoin address as soon as I confirm your transfer. Normally, it only takes a few minutes, but in the worst case it may be a few hours if I'm away from keyboard.

That's what OpenCoin insists on as a pre-condition for giveaway. For determined users, there are some creative ways around this though, use the search feature on the forums.
