I would suggest you move from faucet fly as they have always been tricky with payments yours however did go through.
The majority of faucetfly websites do say that you have won x amount of satoshis, they never get to faucetbox at all.

working on a faucetinabox faucet at the minute, though can't seem to get my head round the config file, have changed everything it has directed me to do, but errors out every time I try to upload to server...
