yes. but don't forget that the situation can get even worst instead of being better. he may win an additional money and can make his investment more but there is also the equal chances that he may lose all his exist money and can't even invest a single buck then..
I don't think being greedy is a good idea. 1 btc is enough to invest in any legit source and get some confirm profit. instead of  taking risk even you are not sure about wining.

Personally, i would keep the 1BTC as an investment in itself... Personally, i'm convinced the price will rise in the future, making it a good investment with relatively low risk.

IF you have to invest, i'd personally invest in the bankroll of a trusted casino. I'd stay away from any Ponzi/HYIP, i'd stay away from loan sites, i'd stay away from giving loans on the forum,... Maybe you could invest in altcoin trades, altough you need really profound knowledge to make some coins that way.

But investing is a better choice if we compare it to Gambling. Usually, I will not refer anyone to do gambling and investing, but here you are showing interest on this so I am telling better invest on any good site. a big risks means you can get bad results in total. you may win once or twice in a day based on your luck but you will lose 10 times more and in the end the only thing that matters is your total profit that you should deduct your losses from winning to calculate that.

You dont need to have a lot of btc to enjoy the profit from investment. If you invest a little, you will also gain a proportional amount. It may takes months to earn a certain %.
