To Gamble or To Invest?

From my point of view, gamble is not recommended, because it may cause you losses within hours, minutes... Investing in altcoins is more profitable, you just need to research efficiently before investing.

I think he's talking about investing in casinos, which is the same thing as gambling: you're gambling your money and you never know if you will ever see it again.

But investing on casino houses is not same as gambling, but it is high-risk investment product. If you don't monitor your investments, then you may lose a lot of money over the time, but you will not lose all your money instantly as it happens in gambling. In the long run casino bankroll investments usually give good profits, and I prefer investing on a casino is better than gambling.

You don't need to monitor it every day, there's not much you can do about your investment, it's all based on like, which is on investors side, because of the house edge. You should only look if there are signs that casino is being exploited, like it happened with Primedice last year.

To invest but make sure in trusted sites. I'm not good on gambling so I really just wait in investment sites hoping that its rate and value will soon rise more than what I invested and expected. It's still fine to do gambling as long as your winning and when you lose twice or thrice better stop it for that day.

Actually it depends on yourselves though, i would say to do both because gamble and invest those things are not guarantee that you will make some profit but with gambling you will have chance to get more money and it is fast mean while by investing on it you dont have chance to make huge amount because you only have little amount to invest and it takes time to get a good amount so if you ask me to choose, i would say to do both in a same time but play it safely

I don't know about y'all but I would definitely prefer gambling over investing. If you're going to invest on some investment sites out there, it's very likely that you wait for weeks/months and then it will only turn out that the website you've invested in is just a ponzi site.

Right,  If we really insist to do gambling then its up to you and  you must ready to face consequences that may happen in the long run on doing gambling. Doing such decision would be  important which you see that you would benefited from it.  Investment would be always better  compare to gambling.

There is no fun in investing that is why people tend to gambling to get some entertainment. As a gambler I would say it is good to invest but we do not need to sacrifice our wants because while we are earning and working hard we also need to enjoy, responsible gambling is the most important.

I disagree on the notion that only gambling counts as losses. Investments are losses as well. The moment you invest your money in a company, it becomes a liability up until you break even. Investments only become assets once you start seeing a more than a marginal profit. With gambling, most people consider it as "dead money". Money that you don't care what happens. Unless you are a problem gambler, you should treat gambling as it is.

I trade in small stocks and forex. The moment you put money in, you are already gambling with your money. You're hoping that their stock value will go up a few points, or in the case of Forex, go up a few pips. Like what I said in another thread, stock market speculation is a form of gambling. Instead of the conventional dices, cards and chips, you're dealing with graphs. Instead of bookies, betting sites and the likes, you're dealing with stock markets and stock exchanges. Both have whales and small fish. And both deal with numbers.

Actually savings is the hardest thing to do because you need to be discipline enough in order to save money. When you are in a situation where you are in need of money, that is the challenge will come if you can still stick with your savings or prioritize your needs.

Not all, because there are people who are afraid of risking their money, in our country there are gambling games that are legal but they are the only gambling corporation that has give by the government to operate legally but the effect is not nice since even minors they allow to gamble.

We know that when people operate gambling business they are after of the money only and that is not good as there is a big chance they will violate laws just to increase their sales.

I agree, investing on gambling sites  is much better  compared to play gamble  itself because on ivnestment  you would surely have profits in the long run but its still risky as same as others said. Gambling games  would  definitely lost  your money in a fast way compared on putting  it on a  gambling sites.
