What will you guys do if bitcoin price increased to 600.
Will you guys hold or sell your remaining bitcoins BTC
I put some coins in cold address to hold till bitcoin reach ATH price. I will hold all those bitcoin in my cold address even if price reach 1000$ per coin. Its better not to sell at 600 level. You must be right. We should not get tempted when bitcoin prices reach $600 or even $700. We should aim for new higher prices for bitcoin that would definitely will happen at the time of halving. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

You must be right. We should not get tempted when bitcoin prices reach $600 or even $700. We should aim for new higher prices for bitcoin that would definitely will happen at the time of halving. as a long term investor that believes in the future of bitcoin, you should only hold bitcoin for a long time also, meaning no selling for at least a couple of years until bitcoin is popular and you can spend it everywhere just like fiat but with higher price. |

It can happen this year but I am not sure if it is going to happen. I think it will happen at the end of 2016 or at the beginning of 2017 but do not quote me on this because maybe I am wrong.

Bitcoin was worth much more that $600 before and I think it is only matter of time when we reach that ATH value and beat it with new number.
$600 wouldn't be and end for bitcoin. We have to be patient now. Less than 10 weeks to halving.
Yes, when halving within reach, we must not hurry to sell off our bitcoins in the price ranges of $600 or $650. Because we might get chances to sell our bitcoins around $1000 also. So holding now would be the better option IMO. I do believe bitcoins prices may hit lifetime high prices again at the time of it's second halving. Because, the speculation of many investors will make bitcoin prices to go new higher price levels. So hold your bitcoins at least till halving. |

, The problem with bitcoin is - if it can reach certain value then it always can go even higher - that is the general mindset of bitcoin users. And seeing that in the past bitcoin was worth twice as much as $600 for many people it won't be enough reason to sell. |

$1k seems to be difficult to achieve in this year, but $600 seems to be easy to achieve as price is moving up now and we can expect this price at the time of halving. |

Because everybody is hoping to make a quick buck on the halvening event, I think there will be no pump. Price will rise after many have left the train, very likely induced by some panic-selloffs.
Who knows, maybe the price has nearly reached its highest point for this year when it touches $500 just before the block halving. There seems to be a lot resistance as soon as we go higher than $460 which will cause the price to come back down again. Anything is possible, we might see major pump or dump in coming months, and if you are satisfied with the price then you should sell rather then holding too long. I don't believe there will be much market action where the price is going to rise to $600 for example. Everything below $700 means nothing for me as I am not a trader. From that point of view I will most likely not sell anything this year. I am waiting for a much higher price. I hope you wait overs someday, as for me holding too long is the worst thing, if I bought at $350 and if I see price of $450 or $500 I will sell straightaway. There is a difference between solid holders and people saying that they are holding but will sell when they see they made a decent profit. Nothing wrong with this of course. But some people like to keep holding all the way up. Look at early adopters that bought their coins below $10 back then. They could easily sell their coins at $100 and cash out a massive profit, but some of them kept holding till now. That's the difference. That's right. I'm in the group of holders that is waiting for a great price to sell at. I'm not a trader so I want to keep holding as long as possible to get the most profit out of my coins. I'm in for the long run. The price is indeed rising now and that is perfect for the people with already Bitcoin the only bad thing is that you are not for sure when it will rise up and that risky. But of course you have to know that it can takes a long time when it will reach that value and maybe it will be even higher. |

The value of Bitcoin is stabilizing itself right now like it has in the past, it's destined to shrink slightly after a rally and shouldn't necessarily be expected to continue moving upwards constantly. After everything moves a bit and we find our new bottom, there'll be a lot of waiting before we see the next rally, and hopefully more after that, until we reach the halving, go through with it, and then find out what the miners are able to sell their Bitcoin for. |

But you dont know what is going to happen later with the value itself but the chance is there to reach that high value.

I think the price will keep on rising until the end of the year to reach about 900 to 1000 dollar and consolidates there. |
