Well you can't really repeatedly keep making one month accounts. I can keep making accounts every month along with playlist  transfers. This is legal and far better than people selling cracked accounts here

It might not be illegal but selling accounts still breaks the rules of Spotify so in that regard it's no better.

Well it's much better than actually using someones stolen info and account which someone else pays for. In terms of that this is very legal.

As alani said, it may be more legal, but it's still against the TOS, which makes it illegal. Which makes this method very much illegal.
