I sent money first and then he didn't reply for 15-20 mins, He's loosing his paypal acting stupid

Please tell me how did you raise a dispute? I might need to do the same for someone. And how did you send the money?

I used the button called pay and made a dispute as unauthorised transaction. Tomorrow morning I'll have the money back and he his account closed. as I took the first step and didn't even use escrow I told him, if you don't pay you're loosing your pp

Anyways since am not in the mood to play with another scammer please lock the thread and leave it for the sake of his usrnm.

I'll just cash out and buy btc offline spending 2%
