Why don't you change the funds to neteller? I have seen quite a few people responding very fast when someone wants to exchange neteller to btc than skrill funds to btc.

I think he lose a lot in fee for exchange. For example i accept neteller, but my acct is in euro! He need to find someone who have neteller account in $

Skrill is very difficult to sell as it is reversible and escrow can't help. So only some people who want to take a risk and trusts you to not charge back will deal with you.

I can help you out if you want but you will have to go first and start with smaller payments . For fees, it will have no impact in multiple transactions as far as I know about the fee system.

Clean funds or not it can still be reversed, and skrill is even more strange Example :

A will send to B

B will send to C

C will than send it to you (the bitcoin seller)

Now if A scammed user B , Skrill will take the money from back from A-> B -> C -> And finally you it's strange but they can and will do it !

No. They will take money from B only if B still has any balance. I doubt the balance gets negative. Also, it's not that easy to chargeback using Skrill as compared to PayPal. Only credit card chargebacks are easy.

Skrill payments are reversed mainly when  stolen credit card info have been used, I don't think a user will go to them and do a chargeback like with Paypal saying itmes non delivered, or non authorised transaction.
