Yes they do, but they uses multiple PP accounts which is a policy violation. Not a deal breaker but what happens if their accounts get frozen? Maybe it gets frozen they cant access your funds and dont send the coins.

Attempted trade with "velacreations". Trade fell through.

Basically wouldnt accept e-check through paypal. Wanted to add my CC to my bank so there'd be no E-check and the guy quit the deal.
Had some weird instructions with his requests to prevent scamming and then his reasoning for canceling was to prevent scamming.
This guy is a joke.

ttyler, I've bought 1BTC from velacreations. He has a lot of requests to remain safe, but it's his choice. If he feels uncomfortable about the trade, then  he shouldn't have to go through with it. Paypal is very risky, so only people that he feels won't chargeback him he'll sell to. It's perfectly reasonable on his part.
