Asking for loan due to Lacking Sufficient amount of BTC to make more then $0.30-$2.00 USD at a time in Trading. This loan would allow me to raise the actual amount i profit from each trade. Id also have no problem providing Scans of My Government ID, My address (and proof of adress via Utility bill in my name) as an additional security on this loan as i didnt notice anyone else on the thread that have asked for payments.

Yes, this loan is a clear scam attempt. Steam is so easy to trick to get your account back(with phone or email).
Don't take this loan serious until he comes with a valid collateral, which I think will not happen.

The collateral you are providing can't be easily sold and will take some time
It is reversible too. Steam accounts can be recovered after transfer so its a risk to trust you with such a big amount taking a reversible collateral

Again, these Newbs never fail to amaze, just come back here every other day and you will be stunned at how many new people ask for crazy loans.  I bet they are life long scammers where scamming is their profession in life, I believe they have those in poor countries like Nigeria.

Contact support saying that your account was hacked and give little details when asked (like previous email and IP and whatnot) and you might just get your account back.

My gmail was hacked a few years ago and I was able to recover it very easily because I had all the needed info to prove it's mine, from that point, getting back your Steam account will not take more than a few minutes.

You can easily contact the support and provide them some few requested infos about your account and you will get it back without issues usually.
In addition , even if your collateral is valid, i think no one will risk lending you with your newbie account without any trust.

This is not valid collateral. Steam accounts generally sell for less than 25% face value, there is no way the lender would be able to recoup their losses were you to default.
