These are the same with paypal phishing attempts. Be careful with these.

To prevent this from happening, just setup 2FA so they can not login even though they have your password. Sesion hijacking would be possible though, but still a little risk.

Your right once I got an email get 1m$ in PayPal account by signing in with PayPal account as after paying 20$ 100% is a scam

Lol I hope you didn't send them anything. I think it's safe to say that any emails coming from companies you've never heard of asking you to send them money or anything else can be regarded as scam by default. No respectable company will ever ask for money on the very first introductory email.

that's just a spam email and the sender want to make sure his victim to send the btc to the address by generating a vanitygen address which have "block" words on first 5 characters,such a dumb way

Good that you didn't but you'd be surprised by how many people actually fall for blatant scams like these (probably a lot of kids among these). It's a no risks/ no work scam that can actually work, all the scammers have to do is make the email look as legit as possible and send to as many email addresses as they can. Out of 100,000 emails sent, even if they get 1 BTC, it's still money for nothing .

These phishing scams are getting very good at hiding the true source of the emails and the websites.... The good thing is, it gets reported very quickly and people respond to this on public bitcoin

related platforms. Banks and other kind of financial services suffer from the same challenges, so this is not unique to Bitcoin. This is why centralized services will always be at risk... The Bitcoin

protocol will never send out emails to specific individuals... but people will try to do this from other services linked to the Blockchain. {payment processors and online wallet providers and exchanges}

Wow these scammers are relentless. Anyways, it's obvious that this is a scam because professional investments don't just ask you to send money and all. And if you're smart enough, you'll have to ask first with necessary information e.g. the details of the investment/program, where it is based and/or who owns it.

Completely scam anybody could send email like that with little knowledge never trust email from noreply@anysite as those are just like headers not the actual sending email. Be safe and don't send any coin to those address you got in email.

This type of email often sent to spam folder because the inbox will reject it, however this type of service is a ponzi site and they will not pay you eventually.

we should read that sender address carefully. Their offer very interested though, anyway the only thing that i just wondering is how could the scamer got those list of emails, i mean i am a blockchain,info user but i didn't received that kind of email, just curious.
