Unconfirmed Transaction

Please help me, I was sent an withdrawal request in Instaforex for 55$ via BTC. Than Instaforex has completed my request 4th May 2016, and sent me 0.12 BTC in my Bittrex Wallet. My wallet is this 1EK6QpG59Xk8LiQwrEJs7vFLUrXGWfWh6W  .  But still now my BTC amount is pending status. Bittrex has no clear my 0.12 BTC amount. While Instaforex tell me that their every transaction is auto completed and auto confirmed for BTC transaction. Kindly help me for recover my BTC amount. Instaforex Payment transaction history is below that's provide me by Instaforex. Thanks.

You'll have to ask Bittrex support for help. And maybe move it into their support thread here if they have one.

the address you provided doesn't have any transaction with .12btc, total amount that is transfered in the address so far is only .017btc so try to contact instaforex and ask for TXID of your withdrawal so they can check it
