Nope, it shows the vote results only, no buttons to vote at all, are you sure it has ended, I am sure no one else has used my ip to vote too. Pretty sure that is what others are seeing too

Why not test the page using different web browsers on your end before uploading it on the server ? I'm very sure its a programming error nothing to do with IP.Website runs quite normally for me,no missing scripts,however there is no option to vote,shows voting results clearly.
