trying to find out where I can pay other miners to mine 2bacco coin,
I thought I would ask you in this thread.

Why dont you try to buy a vps and then try to mine there.. so that you cant pay for the rent if you want to rent in nicehash.. Just maintain the monthly fee for vps instead..
