Do not trust NODE. One of the lead developers decided to scam a bunch of people.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1441655.0

How can you know it was NODE dev  Huh
I remember that guy was asking, begging, whining and threathening NODE dev to see the code, but TheRealSilk refused to show it to anybody. Then that guy went and start his own coin.

Yeah.. that guy is not even close to be a "lead developer". He was a random guy asking every now and then to take a look at the code. You got confused there pal.

Fedora coin was rebooted by new developers and now it's top 10 crypto.  Same could happen to NODE?

Mr Edon definitely wasn't one of the developers unless it was an exceptionally long con. Anyway Node was run by a bunch of weirdos who threw it all away for absolutely no reason.  No doubt their fresh meat will be 'on vacation' until the solar system is dust.

Never ceases to surprise!

TheRealSilk is an elusive guy, and they really threw it all away for no apparent reason.
I had really given up on NODE- now that would be fun if they suddenly got their act together!

And No, EDON had nothing to do with NODE!

-Lightweight blockchain (no empty blocks)
-Very scaleable network done with Node.js
-Integrate with other cryptocurrencies in the wallet, first BTC, later some others
-Integrate with fiat currencies in the wallet, Euro, USD etc.. through NODEbank

He asked what features is actually had not what was promised.
I don't mean to hate but 80% of that stuff never actually happend and the rest is questionable because there never was a proper technical explanation.

I give the code to other programmers, they will open a new topic
He answered me in Russian, in fact he says "I will give the code to other guys". So maybe not very soon.

Oh, so that is the same thing as he said in January. I thought the other guys were working for some time with NODE by now.
Hopefully things get rolling soon. So many new projects are reaching to real world usage and FIAT-connections, NODE could
be among the first ones to make itself really useful for people, not just trading for Bitcoins.

Instant transaction, payment processor, lightweight blockchain, very scalable network IS DONE.
Integrating fiat and other cryptos in a wallet is not yet there.
Just need to find someone who could continue from this point on, if TheRealSilk is fading in to background to do other tasks.
