Is there an exchange that allows to send multiple different coins to the exchange,
to addresses associated with a users account?

yes. but keep in mind if their different coins each one will have a different deposit address.
but you can use the same exchange BTC address and send btc from anywhere there yes
idk if i fully understand you, maybe a sub-forum for your first language is a better place to ask?
