Sgminer error message (AMD ATI Radeon 4300) What to do?

Miner: sgminer-5.3.0-build-37-windows-i386.zip (https://github.com/nicehash/sgminer/releases)

Hello I have some trouble starting to mine an X11 coin.

I used these commands:
sgminer.exe -a X11 -o http://127.0.0.1:48291 -u user -p password
sgminer.exe -k X11 -o http://127.0.0.1:48291 -u user -p password
sgminer.exe -o http://127.0.0.1:48291 -u user -p password

And here are the error messages:
