Faucets can stop paying for several reasons hat don't make the faucet a scam...

**Could have been drained by bots;**

** faucet owner may have emptied the faucet temprarily to prevent hackers/bots;**

**Faucet payment processor may be having problems;**

**faucet owner may have other reasons why the faucet couldnt be replenished etc**

**there are dozens of reasons why faucets are not paying out at one stage or another**

But in the meantime, to add to the faucet owners problems, they could end up on this list of so-called scammers !!

There a quite a few threads regarding bots and hackers stealing from legitimate faucets, therefore, a faucet that has been scammed, is now the sammer, according to your theory.

I have two faucets which are currently set to pay 1 satoshi, not because I'm trying to be cheap or anything else underhanded..

they are set to protect me from the real scammers, who are still claiming the 1 satoshi at a time.

you need to be careful here sir,

wrongly claiming that a legitimate faucet owner is a scammer, could have serious consequences for the person involved, + yourself (legally) if they are able to trace your whereabouts..

well as a user you just have to try that certain faucet and that might land of btc account owner doing or getting info from his downline
if faucet is not paying then easily considered as a scam. Usually scammers has patterns high payout but high min payouts and always end
up on shutting down faucet and get all the profit

Faucets can be scam. These faucets which requires to reach payout treshold and after that they don't pay what you have earned. This is a clearly scaming example.

Faucets can be scam. These faucets which requires to reach payout treshold and after that they don't pay what you have earned. This is a clearly scaming example.

yeah after all you invested time and effort so running all your investment is to be considered as a scam right? . Because if it means losing your investment in such way like business didnt work then we may should take consideration but it rarely happens in this industry tho.

It does not matter what we call when faucet is not paying,scam or waste of time.What is important that the user comes to the site and expected something, after you make all the steps you get a confirmation that something is is sent, but in the end you get nothing.It happens that the faucet runs out of funds what is normal.But when faucet for days has false balance and pretends to pay to users and not giving nothing this is scam.

For example, check the faucets I recently reported.Some new operating by the same method will soon appear in this topic.
