The title essentially says everything. This would hopefully fix things such as spaces and [] breaking URLs on the forum.
This change is somewhat insignificant, however it would fix a few small bugs currently happening when links are handled (such as the one posted here) and would be fairly easy to implement I imagine.

Yes that's correct, but there are a few things about it:

- Forums are in php with SQL. As simple, that better. Many plug-ins are just making more chance that some bug get in making forum vulnerable to attacker.
- Having "thing" like that is also needs a short domain name, so it can do the work more efficient or maybe forum can use some of already known shorters as there are a few good.
- Even without fix you can make a topic or post nice if you just take care how you are making it. There are enough simple options to do it.
