Yes, SSL mode and xorpatch are both working,
This is for countries like China and its great firewall or iran.
These are setup using OpenVPN over SSL for the xorpatch.
You can PM me for a Token and certs for OpenVPN.
You can use the service for whatever you like. there is no limitations.
Speeds depend on what country you choose. Most are respectable.
