Dude forget it.  We've seen requests like this ad nauseam and they usually end up with the noob getting red trust.  Go to wesellcrypto.com and buy there with PayPal.   You'll pay a premium but they're reliable.

The 181 days are to make sure no reverse attempt could be made, I've seen some do it successfully, but I myself would not wait for that long. I would tell the buyer to wait a few days until I convert Paypal funds to another non reversible e-currency, better than wait for 6 months.
