Just need to clarify: that's CfB's ETA on being done with core code, there are other variables that play into launch. Launch date will be announced widely on twitter, newsletter, forums, chat and news articles when ready. Just saying so that we don't end up with people whining about 'delays' if launch happens later than 31st of May.

It's almost possible to transfer IOTA's. I have done several tests and things are going to work soon.
