I currently have an app I am working on and it just needs some minor tweaks for it to be launched, it can easily be launched within a week if all goes as planned. I need this money for marketing, hosting and to pay for some minor tweaks to the app. To retain privacy and to ensure the launch of the app is not effected I will not post the exact app here just some information. App will be monetized through in app purchases, advertising and other methods.

I want to retain the right to purchase back the shares I sell for 250% up to 2 months after the shares are sold.

So you value your app at $6k and want the investor in case you succed to exit with a %250 purchase back in 2 months, if you are so confident in your app go take a loan from a local bank it might be better for you.

Well, I guess that s the catch. Information s an experience good, no sampling there. Once you reveal info, no point to try to sell anything anymore.
