What is a signature campaign???

so to say, the the higher our rank in this forum the better signature campaign gained?
each signature campaign provider had different minimum requirements to their membership?

It's not the better signature campaign gained but the better payment gained from signature campaigns. Yes, the higher your rank, the payment is also high. But it will take a long time to do this.
Yes, every campaign has rules to follow and requirements to full fill. The most common one is be a constructive poster with recent posts or just be active.

im agree, because if you start like a newbie maybe for gain more money you could sttart themes just for money... when you really have a question and you want learn about something, the posts and comments are "written naturally" aginst the forced writting... dont you think?

Beautiful idea, especially when i have all that but the english language is not my language of birth.... so if with all my background and poor english i can create topics with a big audience, maybe im in a good path....
