The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I have heard about changer.com a month ago but never tried it, out of fear mostly as his rates seem too good to be true, especially for the non reversible payment methods like Perfect Money, I would love to hear the experience of the OP if he chooses to use it.

Changer always remained trusted for me for any amount and for any payment processor. It doesn't matter that what I am sending is irreversible
