i would choose that you recieve the 100% of the amount first and just send me the 10% after you recieve the full amount coz i dont have much money to give you the 90% before i withdraw the earnings

Why don't you apply for your own and a new adsense account with your own domain/site? did you applied and got rejected from google adsense before? it means your site's content doesn't meet google adsense's terms and policy.
in this case everyone who do partnership with you and give you adsense code. his google adsense will get banned anytime google realized that..
so Everyone do it with their own risk.. and better to avoid this.

age doesn't matter for this. if you are too young and don't have national documents you can apply with your father's name also. but first publish you site atleast. you are saying that your site isn't online yet. but you are looking for a adsense account before launching your site? it doesn't make sense little man!.
do some work first. website must be atleast 40 days old to get google adsense.

I personally wouldn't, just because it can cause issues on my end (I'm not familiar enough with you and would essentially be putting my reputation/longstanding history on the line). I was just bringing this up because most people here probably haven't run a site that's successful/earned enough to have to deal with tax implications.

I think i have alternative for you. I know person that is running website connected with AdSense but paying in Bitcoin. Website is already done, but he didnt start promotion of his service. Adsense has a bad reputation of blocking account for false reasons.I suggest you go for adsense alternative like Chitika, Revenue Hits etc and apply for your own account there

I think is very difficult to find people who can be trusted and have adsense account, you should be more careful and do a good contract so that you can trust each other, unfortunately, I do not have an Adsense account, but I am interested

For tax purposes alone, you're going to have to use an escrow for this. I would recommend the holder/owner of the account pays out 50% of the earnings directly to the partner, and send 40% to the escrow. At the end of the year, when taxes are recorded and required to be paid, the holder of the account can show the percentages needed in order to pay the taxes. This will come out of the 40% holdings, and whatever is left over can then be forwarded to the partner. I see this as the only fair way to go about this, but it's a long-term commitment, and the escrow is going to have to be well-trusted, which is going to incur another fee.

The best way about this is to just have your parents apply for an AdSense account themselves.
