Our bitcoin system 100% similar with another website using bitcoin.
customer when using bitcoin for deposit will automatic get credited balance after we received bitcoin ( it normal come with at least 6 confirmation)
Therefore, if you see with 5 confirmations that mean you still need to wait few min more to bitcoin reach our wallet. normally it take about 15mins to 1 hour. if you want bitcoin transfer faster you pay more fees when you send. that will help your bitcoin transaction go faster.

2. 1% fee when loading the card with account funds
3. 10$ fee to redeem unused funds
4. no option for bitcoin withdrawal
5. minimum withdrawal from account is 100$, minimum fee on it is 10$

I didn't know about #1 and #2 Until I had to deposit money into the card. IMO those fees shouldn't be there, they make the card really uncompetitive compared to products offered by others. I'd gladly pay a one time creation creation fee for a card with no POS fees. This way Uquid would be earning each time a customer felt like using their services and not through rogue fees.

This contributes to withdrawals being really expensive, and along with the unused funds redemption fees acts as a counter intuitive to depositing money in the card.

Let me answer your question :

1. 1% fee when depositing bitcoin in the account > this is fees our bitcoin paygate charge us for convert bitcoin to real cash ( we get 0% profit from here). with uquid you get real value of bitcoin at the time you deposit. we do not keen on fluctuate price of bitcoin therefore we selling bitcoin in sametime customer deposit (This will protected customer who want get real bitcoin value at same time they deposit )
2.  1% fee when loading the card with account funds > (it is 0.5% now) this fees we charge for cards service and customer service relate to card. we planning to down this rate soon or cut off this fees.
3. 10$ fee to redeem unused funds > sorry this service no more existing. customer should keep money in uquid wallet ( free of charge ) then load card when they want use the fund rather than keep fund in card and not using.

4. no option for bitcoin withdrawal > as i said before we do not holding customer bitcoin funds. we sell back to market in same time customer deposit. therefore, even bitcoin price go down . your uquid balance still proteced. (we do not want put customer at risk because of bitcoin price)

5. minimum withdrawal from account is 100$, minimum fee on it is 10$ >  this is bank withdraw which we have to charge minimum bank fees. if you do internatinonal bank transfer you will see. all bank charge high fees. Some other bitcoin service like btce they even charge minimum fees 100$. Some other service even higher !
