One of the stranger coins I've seen.  You use resource free mining and allow people to become miners by doing a background check on their facebook account activity to try and prevent Sybil.  Needless to say...this is not actually a decentralized currency.  Since Facebook is the central point of failure, it's basically a federated chain run by Facebook.
