Buying an account is not a great idea, people here will know it's a bought account, better take your time here and reach a higher rank by making a good contribution to the forum.
Also you should clearly specify your rates, not everyone will take the time to send you a message about your rates.
Finally use escrow, anyone refusing escrow will be branded as a scammer.

Buying accounts is not that big of a deal, this  will only be buying a new account without any trading history so no one will care if it's a bought account, this is only to bypass the time limits
