Here's my initial review -

 - It does involve refunding a purchase although in a discreet way.
 - I've actually once contemplated doing this, but I thought it was too risky. This method tells me how to do it properly.
- Requires some starting funds
- Should be able to work.
- Method is easy to read and is short and sweet.
- Doing the method even once should get you your investment back in steam funds.

It isn't a blackhat method. Blackhat is something like hacking/cracking. This is simply tricking a 3rd party system.

Ok. I'm halfway through the method.

1. I don't know how long you can keep this up before the site realizes you have a weird purchase history (Purchase, refund, purchase, refund)
2. If you use their support's live chat, you could be waiting for hours on end to refund it. Like, 100 people in the queue atm...'
3. It takes about 3 days to complete the method.
