I purchased a PayPal account from this site, not hacked, perfectly legit. It was already verified. Now I want to withdraw sometime in the future when I earn money so which prepaid card would be best to withdraw from PayPal that doesn't care if the name of the PayPal account doesn't match the name of the prepaid bank account owner? For example, green dot bank never cared if the name matches they always made the transfer anyways.
