Avoid Bitcasino.io They are robbing people. Clearly from the picture I was unable to see the cards I was dealt. I also wasn't able to hit or stand, and was timed out. This caused me to lose the hand without any action. I went to support for help and was told they had to investigate the hand. Upon investigation they sent me the follow. This is complete BS. How can I play a hand that I can see, hit or stand?

Thanks again for contacting us regarding a bet you made in BlackJack.

I just wanted to follow up and inform that after game provider gameplay check they have confirmed that all rounds completed successfully and there were no issues found as per reported hand ID.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused

For any other questions or assistance just hit ‘Reply’ and let me know. I’d be happy to help further.

Cheers,
Artur

How about your website's no.1 ad is bitcasino.io. LOL, are you shilling your site and ref links here?

If you think it is the scam, why you don't remove the ad from your site, you just wanna hire more referrals, doesn't it?

It is up to you to believe me or not.
I was playing for more than a year and had won more than 10k before via blackjack on their website, they did pay out fine.
then i went into bad luck and lose around 15k, it took around half year for me to arrive this result.
since Nov, i managed to quit gambling as my wife gave birth to child and we need money.
After that i only spent my money to play on this website, around 1k usd per month. Most of the time i lose all the money but it is ok since it is my spare money.
Earlier today i play again and won the blackjack 21+3 and perfect pair by having a 6+6+6(dealer), i won around 3.5btc, then i withdraw the winning to my wallet.
Just now i play again by deposit some winning to this site. I played for a few games and i buy with my usual pattern 21+3 and perfect pair. the connection was fine and no drop out
happened until suddenly a dialog appear say "your bet is not accepted" and then i saw the dealer dealed a 7+7+7 to the next player, it was so many 7 that even i was playing i will win.
Then i was so angry that i want to argue with their customer service and ask why. But their CS ask me to give the game ID which there is no history since my bet was not accepted.
After that i deposit all my winning and now lose everything again.
[Suspicious link removed]
I decided not to gamble on this site anymore in the future as i cannot accept this incident.

Their brainchild sportsbet.io have had similar issues in the past, especially with the raffles.Known to the fact that they are run by a particular agency which uses same marketing skills, you should have stayed away from them.
That's how they their shills work,
I have use there site whitout problems? i never take bonus becures its almost bad gambling to get the bonus, soe better luck next time Smiley

The raffles tickets that they hand out is a joke, I think some user just create multiple accounts, sportsbet.io had this issue in the past and they just ignore it until the last raffle draw. They ban some winners and forfeit their winnings.

But why wait until the last raffle draw and take actions?

Because too many people complained.

No one except sportsbet.io knows how much money they paid to "foreign" accounts. I assume that a lot of the raffle show accounts are created by sportsbet.io itself. They have a certain budget to spend to customers and the result of the raffle show will be accordingly determinated.

Everyone who thinks differently is naive!
