I am sorry, but the collateral you are asking to use, I am not willing to accept.  If there is that much on each of those accounts, it would make more sense to me to take the .044 out and use that with no interest.  I am sorry, loan denied.

He is correct, perfect money can not be used as collateral.  You can easily regain control over the account with contacting support or such.  I am sorry you will need another form of collateral.
