I want to now what the market thinks about these Avalon, once that the auction ends i will decide whatever or not i want to sell these units. In other words this auction is not definitive and i reserve the right not to fulfill it.

Order id is #1141
The destination of the order is a datacenter in Los Angeles that will charge around 550$ monthly for the hosting (bandwidth, space, power). You can take over the contract with the datacenter in case you win the auction. We will use an escrow for the safeness of both the parties involved.
I'm interested in a bulk selling but you can also place your bid for a single unit if you wish to.

Auction details:
- I reserve the right to close it before the end of it without any previous alert for any reason
- I reserve the right not to accept any offers
- Auction will close the 6th of March at 20:00 GMT time
- Offers after this time will extend the auction for 5 minutes recursively

Again, i think that these avalon are worth a lot (i'm looking for like 100-150btc each) and this is why this auction will most probably end with a nothing of done.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

Soooooooo..............are you going to part with them or no?  Talk about a waste of time.

I just happen to have the results for all the world series for the next ten years.  I will put that up for auction but decide at the end if I will reveal the much coveted answers.

I guess what I am saying is poop or get off the pot.

Tired of substandard power distribution in your ASIC setup???   Chris' Custom Cablez will get you sorted out right!  No job too hard so PM me for a quote

I will sell them if the offered price is interesting for me. That's all. Do you want me to set a reserve price? 150btc each. If the price reach 100btc I will also probably sell them. Under that, no.
Did I answered you?

If you reserve the right to not sale, then this is not an auction, just a price inquery.

My reserve price is 150BTC.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reserve_price

I might lower that to 100BTC but i don't think i will.

Please specific how many units you want. If not all of the units reach the reserve price I will sell none.

what's the point of having a reserve price? if you're not willing to part with it for under x BTC, why not set the starting bid at x BTC?

This way i can also test the market, for unrelated objectives. If the reserve price has a page on wikipedia there must be a reason for it to exist Wink

Changing the destination addresses is not up to me, but rather up to bitsyncom. I cannot assure he will edit the shipping address.
However, I think that this should be addressed once that the auction ends.
You will always be free to retire your offer.

i'm ok with that, and i will pay any additional re-shipping charges if the destination address can't be changed.

i'm confused why there is a $500 monthly requirement attached to this .. too risky!! wayyy too risky...
and it's avalon.. and you should at least peg it to some kind of fiat currency since prices are not steady

I will buy all 5 avalon units for 150 btc each if you can ship them out to my residence. Will pay extra for overnight shipping.

....... But they don't physically exist in hand yet though, so I guess I'm out. I only want a physical product.

The 500$/month is not a requirement, but you will not pay much less your eletricity costs. It's just a safe way of running the units. (I would pay at least twice as much at my home, this is why I decided to ship at the datacenter).
However you can have the unit delivered from the datacenter to your home, so that you will not have to pay that.
I have the price fixed in btc because its the amount of btc that should be valued for your roi, when purchasing a miner, not the current btc value in $.

so i guess you're not selling?
I want to get rid of all of them at once or of none, so no, I'm not selling.

Yes, you are correct. It's a batch 2 order that exist only on paper (while its true that the batch 1 units are finally going out during these days).

I'm not interested in your terms.
Thank you anyway for your offer and your constructive post; you are correct, these units might not be worth 15 batch 3 units, my bet is that they are.

Maybe I should be more clear.

Please explain a scenario where buying 5 Avalons now vs. 15 30 days later is profitable for the buyer.  You should include the fact that the buyer has the option to do nothing if difficulty rises such that a round 3 order does not make sense.
Look at the graphs, please.
I'm from my phone till Thursday so I cannot link to that directly. The total profit in btc is incredibly related to the date on witch you receive your unit.
This is why batch 1 units are worth at least 5 times batch 2 orders.
