After evaluating their website, they seem to be clean however sometimes looks could be deceiving and the risk factor is, their Russian based and have seen a lot of scam Russian websites. Based on my findings, there was one complain and other comments were mostly positive:

Sometimes I have to wait a bit before the status is changed from paid to finished but that's not an issue for me. I can't read Russian but there's English translation available, and I definitely recommend using it. Try to do small transaction first if you want to test it out.
I can't find anything about it on Google however , just by looking to the website design and the fact that they have no favicon ... I'd stay away from it If I were you.
After checking their website, they actually do have a favicon, it only loads slowly (perhaps due to server issues).
Conclusion:
Take caution if your going to use it but if you could go with more trusted exchange, then do that instead.
