So I've managed to trade some XRP for BTC. How can I get the BTC back out of Ripple and into my wallet?

You use a gateway. Bitstamp or Weexchange.

It says no pathway could be found when I tried to send btc to weexchange. How do I get my btc out?

You must have a weexchange acct or other gateway like Bitstamp.
