There were quite a few coins that met these requirements back in the day. I can't believe there aren't any new ones that are founded on these principles. |

Most of them were just forks of Bitcoin that didn't really offer enough to make them worthwhile over the big daddy. The ICOs typically at least have some kind of plan to add more features or do something different, even if they often don't work out very well. |

Imagine a coin project that meets the requirements AND is packed with actual innovative features. Wouldn't that be something?  |

Decred has a premine. Also, didn't vanillacoin "turn off" mining because diff was going up too fast? Couldn't that be seen as dev got his share then turned off mining before everyone else could grab theirs? |

No one mined (POS only) and the block # was well pre-announced when the POW came back on. It was fully fair. Also I was mining it from the first day (till' some months ago), launch was announced weeks in advance on BTT and you could solo mine for months from the in-wallet cpu miner. Had no premine/instamine/high blockreward early blocks. One of the most fair altcoin launches of 2014/2015 imho (launched in 2014 december if I remember correctly) and still under heavy development. |

i found one that is very promising it's a crypto note it's Bitcedi just launched last week and it is not premine no ico no ipo and I believe it is not going to be a scam coin well hopefully..
