Don't know if this is legit, but I have seen some banner advertising from legit companies there, plus the website is a bit more good looking than others, but this means nothing, you should read some reviews in google. If you want to exchange here is a legit one xBTC.co which is also banner advertising itself in this website you are asking. I have done 4 exchanges all successful at xBTC.co but it depends how much BTC they have in stock , and they have not always a big amount, anyway this xBTC is one of the legit services to exchange Paypal directly , other than Localbitcoins.
