Who is this Vietnam vet?

I was watching some footage from the Vietnam War and it showed a man turn to the camera.......His Blue eye gaze caught my interest. The man seems either in a trance from combat or he was aggravated by the camera being there filming.....Does anyone know who this man is?

I'm absolutely fascinated by his gaze and wonder who he is and if he is still alive.
