Its not easy to promote a website or gambling site here.. make sure to study it first because many business related in bitcoin not successful promoting it here in our via signature campaign or ads slot from this forum.. and it needs a lot of money because all of them is a paid service.

It depends on how much you plan to invest. If you want to just promote it online, advertising on BCT or Google would be fine. Else, you can hold contests where users can promote your website on youtube, google or write blogs. It would

I think there is not 1 thing you can do to promote your gambling site properly. A combination is to be preferred. And yes a signature campaign is a nice start.
Some giveaways on social media will help a lot. But getting some big names to play at your site will be the best.

First your site should be unique in a way at least: lower house or greater referral commissions or faster bets or bigger faucet or better overall design ... or, which is even better, all of the above. Only then you can start promoting it because otherwise people who would see the promotion would visit your site once and then would leave for good.
