I am unable to pay them from the Republic of Croatia as the state has blocked all of my bank accounts following the publication of Cat out of the Bag 1, 1st Revision at

The current situation is that I am getting arrested and slapped at a police station every 6 weeks or so – e.g. on January 17, 2013 CET, I was intercepted by Služba općeg kriminaliteta, terorizma i ratnih zločina – the General Criminality, Terrorism, and War Crimes Services – of the Republic of Croatia with a civilian vehicle, arrested, locked up in a cell in the local police station, thrown out of the police station after a few minutes, and slapped by basic police.
Die Schweizerische Post locked my Swiss Post Box due to these outstanding invoices a few weeks ago and something has arrives into it – perhaps a response from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). I am required to reply to the Governments' counter-claims within 6 weeks of receiving them; otherwise, the Government gets away with beatings, torture of dozens of people, several public-secret murders (e.g. that of my immediate neighbor Robert Car who was imprisoned, poisoned and/or tortured over a period of 2 years, due to which he died in imprisonment) etc. Currently, Robert Cars' case is classified as a state secret with a secrecy level of OGRANIČENO – RESTRICTED – see
